1. Account Eligibility
To register and maintain an active 22win account you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. 22win is an adults-only platform and we take this requirement without exception. If we suspect or discover that an account belongs to a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
- You are accessing 22win as an individual acting in a personal capacity for entertainment purposes. Corporate accounts, agency accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of another person are not permitted.
- You are not listed on any sanctions list or prohibited from engaging in online gaming by any applicable authority.

22win reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements at any stage — including after an account has been open for some time — entitles 22win to close the account and withhold associated balances pending investigation.

2. Account Registration & Security
Each person may hold only one registered account on the 22win platform. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of whether different phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods are used — is a violation of these terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your registered mobile number must be one that you personally own and control. 22win will use this number for verification, withdrawal confirmation, and security communications.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 22win will never ask you for your password via any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately via Live Chat.
22win may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, which may include:
- A copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued photo ID
- Proof of your registered address
- Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals
- A selfie or live verification as directed by the support team
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification is complete. KYC is a standard industry practice that protects both players and the platform against fraud and identity theft.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on 22win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawal requests using a third party's payment account will be declined and may trigger an account security review.
Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 500 for bank IBFT and card deposits. 22win does not charge deposit fees on its side, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with your wallet or bank for their current fee schedule.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed automatically to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. 22win processes Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 1–2 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals settle within 2–4 banking hours. Card withdrawals return to the issuing bank within 1–3 business days.
Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. Deposits made but not wagered at least once are subject to a processing review before withdrawal to prevent payment system abuse. 22win reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud or money laundering checks; any delay will be communicated to you via the registered contact details on your account.
Important: Bonus balances and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited. 4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
22win offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be displayed at the point of claiming the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:
- Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's terms and varies by offer type.
- Bonuses have an expiry date. Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses expire at the time stated in the offer — typically 7 to 30 days from credit. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
- 22win reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts that are mid-wagering will not be revoked without cause, but future access to the same offer may be discontinued.
- Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (known as "bonus hunting"), or any other form of exploitation — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may lead to account closure.
- Referral bonuses: The Rs 2,000 referral reward is credited as withdrawable cash balance — not as wagering-restricted credit — provided the referred friend completes registration through your unique link and makes a qualifying first deposit. Self-referral is prohibited.

5. Gameplay Rules & Betting
All games and betting markets available on 22win are governed by the specific rules of that game or market, which are accessible within the game or market interface. In cases of conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game type only.
Bet acceptance: 22win reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion without explanation. Bets placed on clearly mispriced markets or odds resulting from a technical error are void; any winnings generated from such bets will not be paid out. Where a clear pricing error has been made, 22win will notify affected players and void the relevant bets.
Technical failures: In the event of a platform outage, disconnection, or technical failure that interrupts an active game or bet, 22win's system will record the state of the session at the point of interruption. For sports bets, the result of the relevant event governs settlement. For games, the last recorded state will be used to determine the outcome where possible; where it is not possible, the wager will be refunded.
Cricket and sports betting: Odds are offered at 22win's discretion and may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at which your bet is confirmed — displayed on your bet slip — are the odds that apply to your bet regardless of subsequent market movements. Live in-play bets are subject to the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.
Poker: The poker room at 22win is governed by specific poker rules covering hand rankings, betting structures, disconnection policies, and rake. These are accessible in full within the poker lobby. The use of poker bots, software assistants, or collusion with other players is absolutely prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22win platform. Violation of any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

- Threats or harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at 22win staff, other players, or any party connected to the platform.
7. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the 22win platform for your own entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence the platform, extract its code or data, or use its content for any commercial purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
22win provides the platform "as is." While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- 22win is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits, or data arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- 22win is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these terms — including losses resulting from bonus forfeiture due to terms violations.
- 22win is not responsible for the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in transaction processing attributable to Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any bank.
- In no event shall 22win's total liability to any player for any cause exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 22win's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, a payment has not been processed as expected, or any other issue has arisen with your account, please contact the 22win support team in the first instance via Live Chat. Our team resolves the majority of issues within the same conversation.
If you are not satisfied with the response from the support team, you may escalate your complaint by emailing support@22win-play.com with full details of your complaint, your account registered mobile number, and the resolution you are seeking. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior team member and a written response will be provided within 5 business days.
For disputes relating to poker hand outcomes, bet settlement, or game results, the records held in 22win's system are considered definitive. Transaction logs, game records, and server-side data are maintained for a minimum of 12 months and are available to players on request for the purpose of resolving disputes.
12. Account Termination
Termination by you: You may request closure of your 22win account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
Termination by 22win: 22win reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, with or without notice, where:
- The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
- 22win has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
- The account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Continuation of the account would, in 22win's assessment, create legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Where an account is closed by 22win for cause, balances may be withheld pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no violation occurred, any withheld real-money balance will be returned to the player.
13. Changes to These Terms
22win may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the new terms take effect. For minor changes — corrections, clarifications, or additions that do not adversely affect player rights — the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the 22win platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
